If you’re thinking of fundraising for the trust then our preferred method is for money to be collected through any platform that supports the Paypal Giving Fund. Paypal offer us zero fees on all donations and transactions, meaning 100% of the money you donate can be spent helping others.
You can setup fundraisers directly through Facebook or via a gofundme page.
Previous fundraisers have included the Three Peaks Challenge, Marathons, IRONMANs and 5k inflatable runs!
Back in the summer we held ‘Lukes Memorial Event’ at North Bristol Rugby Club raising over £6,500! The memorial event is an annual event that happens on the first Saturday in July every year.
A local cycling group (The not so flying hogs) have held a ‘donate to ride’ event raising just under £2,000.
We have also raised over £4,000 through Facebook auctions and the general public have also made donations, setup birthday fundraisers and local businesses have also provided support.
